Why we need more female Software Developers in the world…

The field of software engineering has been male-dominated for a long time, with women being underrepresented in the industry. Lorena Mesa is a Director of Engineering at Sprout Social, a social media management platform, where she leads a team of engineers. She has also been an active member of the Python community, serving on the board of directors for the Python Software Foundation.
